An Update On The Herbal Lash Serum: Now Even Better & More Gentle

Chelsea here - If you’ve been following along with our emails this year, you will know that 2026 is all about improving the products you already know and love. First on the list is actually our latest release, the Herbal Lash Serum. We have received all of your helpful feedback and have made a few changes to make it even more gentle and usable for all women.

Let’s take a closer look at what has changed in the formulation.

What’s Changed

Since launching this product in oct 2025, we’ve been so happy with the results you’ve shared with us. But after becoming aware that a small portion of users experienced some irritation, we knew it was time to go back to the drawing board to make our formula even more friendly for those with sensitive skin or a compromised skin barrier. Adjusted pH Levels

Our Herbal Lash Serum has an even gentler application making it friendlier for sensitive eyes. We adjusted the pH based on feedback from those with sensitive eyes or a compromised pH barrier. Those who experienced irriation before should be able to use it now.

Lower Price

We were also able to lower the price because growing demand lets us source more of our high-quality ingredients at a better cost without changing the quality of the product. Thank you for making this a new SBA staple and best seller! So, instead of $82, we've been able to lower the price to $75 without compromising any quality. 

Gentler, More Stable Formula

We also refined the formula with a plant derived stabilizing system that helps maintain freshness while keeping the serum exceptionally gentle for the delicate eye area. These changes will also help the serum glide onto the lash line even more effortlessly.

Now With 3 Peptides + Biotin

We reformulated with two new additions that strengthen the formula’s ability to support lash growth from the inside out. Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 is a peptide that works at the follicle’s anchoring matrix, it helps lashes stay in their growth phase longer and reduces premature shedding. It works alongside the two peptides already in the formula to cover three distinct biological pathways of lash health rather than just one or two. The Biotin Liposome is a liposomal form of Biotin, meaning it is encapsulated for better delivery to the skin, which supports the keratin infrastructure that lashes are made of. Together these additions make the formula more complete and more targeted than the previous version.
